All prices listed are US dollars;
cash, check or
credit card pre-payment. For delayed payments through Insurance/Payment plans add 10% to the total
cost.
Our costs are approximately 60% of other dental offices for 3
reasons:
-
We serve only a niche market - cosmetic dentistry - you are
not paying for equipment & supplies of other procedural costs (surgery,
endodontics, prostodontics, etc...). With fewer tasks we also increase
efficiency.
-
We have an on-site laboratory to reduce costs and speed up
delivery.
-
Lower costs make cosmetic dentistry more affordable and
available to more people. By increasing our volume we amortize our costs on
more patients, and pass these savings on to you.
Appointment Reservation Deposit
To increase our efficiency and lower our costs we do require a
commitment from you. All consultation appointments require a $50 deposit to reserve your space. Treatment
appointments require $100 per hour scheduled. This is usually accomplished by a
credit card number given to us when you schedule your appointment. We will not
charge your card unless you fail to show up or fail to give us at least 24 hours
notice of a cancellation or change of schedule. We will try to call to confirm
your appointment at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy, but it is
ultimately your responsibility to show up on time.
We will do everything
possible on our side to make sure we stay on schedule. If you are on time and we
do not seat you within 30 minutes of your appointed time, we will credit your
account for $50. If you are over 30 minutes late & we have to re-schedule
you we will have to charge you for the missed appointment. If paying by check or
cash, we must receive payment of the deposit at the time of scheduling or at
least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any deposit received is applied
to your treatment unless you fail to show up.
Payments
All fees quoted are for cash check or credit card payments in
full at the time of treatment. Financing for procedures & treatments of
$400 or more is made available through the "Dental
Fee Plan", by CapitolOne.
All payments for treatments must be made prior to seating for
the scheduled treatment.
Very few insurance plans cover "Cosmetic Only" procedures. Our
policy is simple and serves both the patient and our office. Our fees are based
on payment at the time of treatment. We do not process insurance claims
however, we
will give you the necessary insurance-ready documents that you can use to file a
claim with your insurance company for your reimbursement.

by a dentist no firm estimate can be given. However this may guide your financial
